I used a $49 living social voucher that I purchased for Vegas Valley Air to come out and check my air conditioning unit on top of my house. From the time I bought my voucher and called them to the time I was able to get an appointment and have one of their technicians come out, was only two days. I checked out the reviews before I went with this company.
There are other companies out there with similar names that don't have the best reviews.
Do your research double check the name and address and phone # for Vegas Valley Air so you make sure you're reading their reviews. I was pleasantly pleased with their reviews when I really searched on the Internet and not just with yelp!
I was told by another air conditioning outfit last year that I may need refrigerant before the start of summer that I had a refrigerant slow leak. (Last year I happened to have a voucher Nevada Power was paying for) I didn't go with them again because the girl that was so nice to me in the office was no longer there and I didn't like how I was treated by the other woman that made the appts.
I am so grateful I went with Vegas Valley Air. My technicians name was Eric who came out today and he was very prompt, professional, and very, very knowledgeable about air-conditioning units. UnFortunately it turns out that one of my capacitors needs replacing and my motor is leaking oil. However, I am really grateful that I did not have a refrigerant leak because I was already informed last year that, it was going to be pretty expensive to try to find. Eric discussed how serious my ac unit problems were and what can't wait.! He said the capacitor is needing to be replaced before I burn out the motor.
But being a woman who wasn't quite understanding he had the patience to go into detail explaining how everything worked in my unit and the complications that could happen by my waiting versus getting it done ASAP. The price he quoted me was more than fair.
I will use this company for my repairs and I will be loyal to this company in the future.
