| - I felt more like livestock here than like I was at a day spa. Even with an appointment, I have waited for quite a long time in a waiting room that is not nearly large enough to accommodate the number of people waiting both times I have been to the Scottsdale Fashion Square location.
The first time, the "consultation" was very rushed and impersonal. There is definitely a deli-counter feel to the whole thing. It's like "take a number" and then "NEXT!"
I guess I wouldn't find it so annoying if the Dysport injections had actually been done properly. My problem areas are my forehead and between my brows. The forehead turned out pretty well, but the between the brow area did not "freeze" for lack of a better explanation.
So I called to schedule a follow up, and I was told that for a touch up, the per-unit price would be discounted. I returned to repeat the cattle-call experience, and saw a different person this time (I don't know if they're doctors or nurses or what), and I felt like she was more attentive to my particular concerns. We ended up doing way more units than I anticipated, but I thought if it worked, it was worth it.
When I went to check out, they charged me full price, so I had to explain (and basically felt like I was haggling) what I had been told when I booked the appointment. They honored the discounted price quote, but somewhat begrudgingly.
And then after all that, the between the brow area still didn't take! I felt like when they were injecting me, they weren't actually doing the right muscles (like actually above my eyebrows where the movement comes from). I went to a different day spa recently, and the nurse who does the injections there got it spot on, so I know it's not just that my face is broken.
I will probably not be returning to Neos.
