So here is another case of inept employee at the Customer Diss-Service Desk. I bought a microwave oven that had been returned previously by someone else and when I got it home I discover that the plug wire has been cut off. So I go back to the store and I tell the lady at the Diss-Service Desk that I want my money back. So, she attempts to ring it up and electronically pay it back to my credit card when in fact what she did was charge my credit card for the item, not once but 2 more times. The other worker standing next to her then tells her that she should just give me the cash since she don't know how to issue the refund back on the card. So I get a refund...I think. When I get home I check on my credit card account on-line and discover that I still did not get the refund for the purchase that I paid for 3 times and the store got the item back and now it's been 9 days.
