  • I wish I could give this company zero, or even better, negative stars. Would you like to live in an oppressive community that completely micromanages your home life? Then go right ahead, these guys will be perfect. We have lived here not even 6 months, and are more than ready to leave. We have received numerous notices for completely trivial things, like.. having A BROOM on our front porch. I'm sorry, I thought it was my porch for which I was paying rent? So first, they will send you a threatening notice "politely" (as they like to phrase it) telling you to remove the "unsightly item" from your* property immediately. Worse, we live in the back of the community, facing away from the roads and sidewalks where people walk, on the SECOND floor. You cannot see our porch from the ground. They will walk up our steps to take a picture of the particular item they're stalking you for that week, and include it in the letter. What a total invasion of privacy. Maybe instead of (quite literally) stalking your residents, you could fix the gates to our "gated" community - they haven't really worked since we moved in.
