  • Apparently if you don't buy your jewelry through Shane co they will not touch it. It doesn't make a difference that we spent thousands of dollars there on other things. My wedding ring that was handed down was broken. The sales rep was beyond rude and snobby. So we went to different jeweler across the street that was polite and showed compassion. I won't be spending a penny here the lack of respect and customer service here should keep you away too
