  • So far this office has been a massive waste of my time. I saw Dr Kloss who I felt was only interested in filling his pockets. His assessment was half assed to say the least. His recommendations were incorrect and extremely expensive. He wouldn't do his own recommendations and set me up with another doctor 2 days later. 2 days later the other doctor offered actual solutions that were more reasonable, but do to piss poor planning by Kloss I would need to wait a full week in pain for to see the good Dentist and have a crown and root canal done. I came back today for my appointment out of antibiotics 2 days ago and still in pain. No check ins, no pre visit instruction. Nothing. Root canal was extremely painful. I should have taken pain killers before coming in. Wasn't told that. So far I've been to this office 3 times, spent over 800 and little to nothing has been done. Disappointed, and feeling like I made the wrong decision about this place. They even made me pay in advance before getting the confirmed totals from the insurance. - I tried leaving the responder a message to call me back at the office some time ago and never received any calls back. Since visiting the office my jaw is still in pain and I developed a new infection. The cap is holding up strong. --- 5 months after this post they want me to waive my privacy rights. No thanks. You had a chance to resolve this issue.
