So Pinnacle Nissan went above and beyond in making up for our experience. After my yelp review I received a call. They explained that many of the people we dealt with were no longer there and they wanted to make right on the items promised. Herb the sales manager called and asked for us to being our car in the next day. He also have me his personal cell number. Once we pulled in, Angela took care of us. She fixed our car beyond our expectation and gave us a free rental car for the day. I was their worst critic and stand corrected as their customer service the second time was first class. My hats off to Pinnacle Nissan, they admitted wrong doing and made things right.
