Such a bad customer experience, these guys flip out on service and are a master of fraudulent schemes. They sold me a accidental coverage plan and when I went back to claim then the lady tells me that this is not covered while the sales person clearly told us that everything is covered a s even a small cut or blemish would be taken care by our "expert" customer service and when you call them up and they simply deny your claim.
I would have given 0 stars if that was an option.

Just a brief history, I purchased a couch (3+2) from this Levin store and also purchased accidental coverage along with it, we met with a small accident while shifting the sofa and the service agent says that moving is not covered in the damages and decline the claim, instead offered to return the money for accidental coverage and told me to talk to a 3rd party repair company, basically shutting me off. After a 22 min call all I got statements i.e. "call this repair lady to get your sofa repaired" and "take the insurance money back so that you don't bother us anymore" The lady was even satirical on the call and when I requested to talk to Manager she told me that there is no one above her that I can talk to.
