  • Went here to celebrate our anniversary and have a mini getaway from the kids! They upgraded our suite to include an outdoor spa tub and we were welcomed with complimentary chocolate strawberries. The room and service were perfect and really exceeded our expectations! We also enjoyed the infinity edge pool. We fell in love instantly! It was absolutely romantic! We didn't want to leave! We made plans to come back in the future. Then it came to a crashing halt! We were ready to sleep instead there was music from a wedding next door. It lasted until 10-11pm. Then the crickets were next! Ugh! I guess they don't pest spray. BUT the real nightmare was the AC unit placed right next to the bedroom!!!!! It kept us up the whole entire night! Yes I have AC at home but this was ridiculously loud! I almost left to go back home 20 minutes away then to deal with the constant deafening noise! We had to turn the temperature up so that the wall wouldn't rattle! It was horrible and stressful! I slept on the sofa while my husband stayed in the bedroom! The bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable! We stayed at a Best Western Plus in San Diego two weeks prior with our kids and slept better! I got more sleep in the hospital after having my babies! Avoid Jade Room 115 or go when it's not summer!!! The management was quick to respond to my issue and compensated us partially. We planned the getaway to get rest and sleep well without the kids. Instead we checked out and felt like zombies.
