  • A BEAUTIFUL romantic getaway! This Tudor mansion couldn't be any prettier. My husband and I stayed here over New Year's Eve, and it really felt like we were transported to a different day and age. I fully expected a coach to pull up in the cobblestone driveway. The lobby was tastefully decorated for Christmas. Our room (Sherwin) was beautifully appointed and HUGE. We had booked a package that included dinner in their dining room. Soooo nice to just walk downstairs for dinner on a cold NYE night. Oddly they don't sell liquor, but you can bring your own wine. Our server was incredibly nice and attentive. Had a magical stay here and would recommend a stay to anyone. It's a beautiful estate in the winter and would like visit in the summer as well.
