  • Today I went to pick up a People magazine. While waiting to pay for the purchase, the man in front of me paid for his items and proceeded to exit through the front door. He did not take his receipt. The cashier said loudly "you forgot your receipt" he replied I don't need it. At this time she also on the loud speaker call for assistance at the registers. There was one more person behind me?? Is she the supervisor showing her authority? She now says again loudly to the gentleman man "you have $7 dollars in rewards" " give them to your wife" she has managed to shame him in retrieving his rewards. When it was my turn I gave her my phone number since I didn't have my card. She rings up my item and says demandingly "do you have .22 cents". I stated no. This was our last exchange. Seriously! I have always had super nice encounters with the individuals at the check out. Who hired this woman with no experience with the public??
