| - After 11 years, I needed a realtor once again from the real estate crashing and my dreams of raising my children and them coming to visit me in the same house with my grandchildren shattered before my eyes. That's reality, I have learned to accept the truth.
I am out on my own, trying to find the perfect house to move into and I stumbled upon Paul Horvath. I was looking at a house 2 doors down when I saw his house. I called and he picked up the phone, not voicemail. I met up with him the same day and I knew I wanted this house. It was immaculately clean than all the other houses I've looked at and still, it wasn't good enough for him. He still mentioned some stuff he wanted to do and asking for my input on what I thought needed to get done. He communicated with me later that night and made plans to send over paperwork the next morning. Unfortunately, I am not the only person making decisions in this house, and after listening to some opinions from an important member of my family, including my father, I called Paul the next day to tell him I was worried about all the carpet in the house. I told him to call me if anything else came up and he said he would.
To make the long story short before I win the Guinness world record on yelping, I have found a house which he has helped me get with another realtor. The other realtor has taken over cause it's her house but he has stayed in touch to make sure my family and I are happy in our new home. If you want someone that has your best interest at heart, Paul is the guy. He'll be there from beginning to end, just my two cents ;-)
