  • We think that the cleaning solution used to clean the glass covering the gelato could have gotten a little too close to it. Our ice cream had tinges of a possible soapy taste. The gelato consistency just didn't seem right and the flavors were not really coming out. They also didn't have Nutella or hazelnut which in our book is a classic gelato flavor. The substitute was something called "Roche" for the candy Ferraro Roche. I tasted it and it just tasted sweet, which was what most of the flavors we tasted were like. So overall we were quite disappointed.
