  • Jon, the technician was great. He helped me dad (who is 75) with some laptop issues, showed him how to mirror his iPad to the TV, work the new Apple TV, etc. More than that, Jon took the time to talk to my dad and engage with him. When most people are just trying to get out the door, it's a pleasure when a company still keeps the customer in mind. I will continue to recommend and use GeekiTek! It's so reassuring to know I now have found someone who can come to the house and help.
