  • Tried to get a bid on a pool remodel. Had an appointment set, then get text message 30 min prior asking "can we come later". Not knowing what "later" was, I called the rep to inquire when they could make it and was advised she did not know yet when that would be. No apology for the last minute request either. If they can't make schedules work to make a sale, good luck on a pool build/remodel go anywhere close to plan.
