I've had a positive experience with Right Toyota until recently. I took my 4Runner in for simple trim piece swap. An hour and a half later I was told they ordered the wrong part and I would have to come back. So that's another 90 minutes I have to spend over there on a weekend, plus drive time.
The part that made me angry was not receiving an apology. "Sir, I'm SORRY, but we ordered the wrong part. I'm also SORRY that you'll have to come back a second time when the correct one arrives." That's all I needed to stay a happy Right Toyota customer and it would have taken them 10 seconds.
I'm on my second 4Runner. What did that mistake cost them if I buy my third from the competition?
