Couldn't even get an appointment, the person on the phone was so upsetting. She was exasperated and annoyed with me for not knowing their policies before I called for my first visit. I've heard the actual massages are good, though, if you can get past the customer service.
I worked as a waitress in college and after, and I am normally the first to sympathize with customer service people. I suppose I just expected to be more relaxed after scheduling the massage, and it was a shock to be treated with such disrespect. I worry they're going to lose business for a dumb reason, really. Actually, they already have.
