When scheduling, I was told to go to "3rd floor, suite 210" Upon exiting the elevator on the 3rd floor, I notice the suite numbers all begin with 3. Thought maybe was supposed to be "310" the door that leads to that hall is locked. I went back on the elevator to try the 2nd floor... There is no 2nd floor in this building. I saw a person who worked there and asked if he had any knowledge of this... He said this isn't 555 Grant St, it's 530. Ok... But there are carpets and signs that say 555 EVERYWHERE. After encountering 5 other workers who had no idea of the business or that the address was actually 555, I found a bellhop outside who was able to inform me that this indeed was the correct place. Upon checking with the front desk at the Hotel he told me it is actually 3rd floor suite 330 NOT 210!!!
The 20 minutes of running around and stressing is not conducive to relaxation.
I received this as a gift for my first Mother's Day and was looking so forward to it... And was so hopeful after reading the previous scheduling troubles that people had, and I was able to speak to someone rather quickly. Such was not the case.
I enjoyed my massage, Elena was great and understood what I had gone though to get there.

The scheduling really needs to be taken care of- and the employees who answer the phone give correct information.
