  • My girlfriend and I scheduled an appointment for a couples massage at 5:30pm. This was going to be my first time getting a massage and I was looking forward to it. When we got there, the masseuse told us she was trying to call me all day to confirm the appointment. Turns out she didn't type the correct number into her phone and she told us that she sent the other masseuse home for the day since she wasn't able to confirm the appointment. I was very disappointed because my girlfriend and I had to rearrange our schedule in order to be there at 5:30. Owner didn't even offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Absolutely a 1 star business.
