| - Mall food is usually sub-par, however Southpark Mall seems to have above-average food venues. Pholicious only reinforces this trend.
I don't want to write a drawn out review, so I'll just mention that their menu is very simple. Pho dishes with a variety of proteins (beef, chicken, shrimp, fish) that come in "regular" and "large" sizes, prices varying from $6.50-8.50. They have a few appetizers in the form of spring/egg rolls. They also have bubble tea. That's pretty much it.
Their food is very good, the broth excellent. The pho comes with all the usual staples that you can opt to throw in (bean sprout, onion, lime slice, chili peppers), as well as sriracha sauce and hoison sauce.
I mean, that's basically it. But it's very GOOD, and very DIFFERENT.
I'd give them a 5-star but I'll wait until trying their bubble tea, spring rolls, and other protein options. As is, everything I've tried so far has been indicative of a 5-star rating, though.
