  • I know it's strange to review a funeral home but this could have been such an opportunity to help families in need. Went to services here and hardly saw funeral home staff. Friends and family came into the home and sat down, waiting for some sort of direction. There was no service planned so family had to stand up and inform everyone that they could leave when they wanted since they had no planned ceremony-a task bereaved family should not have to do. It would've been so easy for staff to greet people at the door and give them direction but they stayed in their office most the night.
