  • Where do I start. This is the most unappealing place that I have ever live and Don't be fooled by the outward appearance. I've liver here for six months now and I wish my lease was up. At first it looked really nice and we were promised that our apartment looked exactly like the model shown and was that a joke. The first thing that I noticed was that both of the doors in the apartment had been kicked in, and their fix was to glue the door frame back together very poorly. The apartment has smelt horrible since the day we moved in, our dish washer has flooded our kitchen twice now (finally replaced 6 months later), all of the drawers in the kitchen are broken and don't stay on track, the closet doors are broken, instead of replacing the sinks they (resurfaced them) aka painted them, which pealed off about 3 weeks into the contract, all of the windows are single pane so you can hear every sound to include every neighbors animals ie. Birds and dogs that literally make noise 24/7. Overall worst place I have ever lived. Don't let the price location or outward appearance fool you. I have never lived anywhere that I didnt feel safe and I didnt enjoy coming home from work to, but The Nines has done it for me! If it weren't for the contract I would have been out a long time ago.
