Skip the food court if you know what's good for your health.
Employees do not know how to properly wash their hands, prepare food, etc. Routinely, they grab gloves with dirty hands, contaminate them putting them on and handle food and food wrappers directly. When called on their behavior and asked if they know they cross contaminated the food and do they know what that even means they said yes. When told they had to wash their hands and forearms before putting on gloves (which would go on easier without sweaty hands) their response was "EVERY TIME??!!" as if in total amazement that such a thing were required (even though there is a sign, required by State health code, hung directly over the hand-washing-only sink... perhaps Sam's should send them back through Food Handlers training. Not the first time I've seen this or challenged the food servers (same thing for Costco and many other establishments).
