  • One of the nicer thrift stores in Phoenix. I stopped in recently to look for an "ugly" Christmas sweater. Upon entry, I asked a girl if she could point me in the direction of what I was looking for. Surprisingly, they had an entire Christmas section set up, complete with sweaters and all. This wasn't my first time in Savers. I had been there before several times, looking usually for blue work shirts when I was working retail at Walmart during my undergrad days. This store has a pretty large selection of items, from household appliances to t-shirts and pants. The store is pretty clean, the staff is knowledgable and friendly, and the prices can't be beat. On top of that, they do take all credit and debit cards, which is a nice thing as well. I would definitely recommend Savers if you are looking for unique, inexpensive, or interesting items.
