I went about six months ago. They ran more than an hour behind schedule. It was no real problem. I read. Dr. Shallock was professional. Later, my insurance billed me for the visit because they said the office didn't take my insurance. Surprising, given the reason I had switched from a doctor I really loved was because Dr. Shallock allegedly took my insurance and he no longer did. A $350 mistake. Ouch. But still not a deal breaker. Today was the deal breaker. I needed different pills, but Dr. Shallock is out today, and her staff allegedly has no way to reach her or any other doctor. My pills run out tomorrow. I am leaving on a trip the next day. I guess I'll have no meds. Thank you, Dr. Shallock and your sublimely helpful office.
