  • I've been playing guitar for a few years, so when my acoustic broke, I was really at a loss for what to do. I must have left the guitar out in the sun or in a hot car, because the glue from the bridge came off. I dreaded what this would cost. I called around to a few places and got quotes; Guitar center said about $150, but they would need to see it. Another local place quoted $100. One was down to $80. Boy am I glad I kept looking around. Marrell charged me $37! I brought the guitar in, showed it to a women in the shop, and she gave me the quote in minutes. She asked if the job was needed as a rush and I said. She called back in 5 days with a very clean repair of my instrument. I don't see a single bit of damage anywhere on the finish. It played just how I had it before. I noticed they also seem to have a lot more going on than just repair. Lessons, rentals, and more. I would say definitely check them out before you head over to guitar center.
