  • Horrible service. First of all, they promise and paint this great picture at the sales meeting (of course). Then when we got the drawing for hoa approval, it's not to scale so we thought we were getting more fake grass then what he measured out. They NEVER call ahead to tell us when they'll be showing up. We had to call every single time. They won't give you an actual day and time. They'll just say "beginning of the week" but then never show up. They didn't show up about 4 times during the entire job. Said it would take 1 wk but ended up taking 3wks. 1 week was wasted "waiting for the cement to cure" - complete lie bc the cement contractors told us it only takes 24hrs. They wanted to collect the final payment before the work was done. And even threatened to file a lien on our property. When they finally showed up, we had to babysit their workers bc they were not trenching deep enough (only went down 4"). They're sooooooo quick to cash your check but they are slow and non existent is customer service. We paid the final balance but they still promised more work and never showed up and never bothered to answer emails or requests. They say to call or text anytime but never ever respond. Worst company and experience ever. So unprofessional. Never ever will we do any business with this company and will be sure to spread the word about their horrible service. Don't waste your time with them. Advice to green care. Stop wasting your $ on doodles... spend more time in customer service and keeping your word. Reporting to BBB.
