I am very disappointed with the treatment my husband and I received with the reservation process at this location. I left a message asking for a manager to return my call. The General Manager, Jennifer called my husband and was very belligerent. She also refused special accommodations due to heath reasons; which every other Hilton brand has granted. She hung up on my husband, so he called Hilton's Guest Relations. Shortly after, a manager named Sarah called on Jennifer's behalf. She stated that because we called Guest Relations to complain, our reservation had been cancelled. We did not cancel our reservation. Jennifer Cathey did. I am in total disbelief of the treatment that we have received. I am a Hilton Honors member and we have been guests at several different Hilton brands numerous times and have never had an issue like this. Our plans were to stay at this Homewood Suites after a celebration. Well, those plans were ruined. I just can't believe this.
