This is for the repair shop, not the retail store. I had to have some basic auto repairs done. Had to take it back twice after that. The service writer was great, but the mechanic not so good. I doubt he spent hardly any time trying to diagnose the problem, hence taking it back 2 more times. I found out that to compensate for the lower labor rate (compared to dealers) they just charge more labor time than the actual repair pays the technician. I have access to the exact labor guide they use and found out they charged me .20 additional time, which is only $23.00, but its the principle. For the part they replaced, on their website says the part is $107.00 I was charged $143.00. I also noticed a $32.00 misc charge which is very excessive for a 1.7 hr repair. I would strongly recommend choosing a different place for your automotive needs. I think they care more about the bottom dollar than customer satisfaction and retention. I am going out now to see if their repair corrected my problem.
