  • The absolute worst customer experience I have EVER experienced. I ordered my couch on August 23rd and have YET to receive it here on November 11th.. No updates, or no care, NOTHING! Their phones have been "down" for weeks so all calls are routed to the Teneya location and they don't care to even attempt to assist! Listen to everyone below as I should have- STAY AWAY!!!
