Current resident at this complex and am thoroughly disgusted at the lack of empathy as well as organization skills. I have had several issues since first moving into the unit in May 2017 that have NOT been addressed and now the problems are mounting. When I first moved in here there were broken blinds that I had pointed out that were never fixed, there was a drawer in the bathroom sink again not replaced nor fixed. When the carpet was first installed the carpet installers left nails protruding that I have stepped on. The latest thing do breakdown is the refrigerator which cost me at least $250 worth of food. When I called the complex to tell them I felt as though the front desk girl Daisy really didn't care about the seriousness of the situation, when asked for a time line as to when this would be fixed I was met with a huffy response of " I can't give you a time line because there are a lot of orders" HELLLO I just told you that all of my food went bad and that I need to go to work and this is what you tell me?! What a joke! I do my best to not complain but screw this. Trust me find someplace else to live as the staff here do not care to resolve problems.
