The people who actually clean your home are fantastic. The management of the company is a totally different story. I bought a package of 3 cleaning sessions and received 1 free. I payed in advance. I used my first service and the staff did an exceptional job. I arranged for a second cleaning. Poor scheduling, lack of customer service and management not taking accountability for their mistakes (actually blamed problem on me, then the cleaning crew when it was their scheduling error) is what is prompting this negative review. Let's just say I am normally a calm and reasonable person but their inability to listen and work toward a compromise got me very frustrated to the point where I am not proud of my behavior.
This company is lucky to have such polite, conscientious and hard working employees. That said, after I use my 2 additional sessions and I will not be using them again. I make purchase decisions based on customer service, and in my opinion, this company does not understand the concept. Additionally, when I mentioned I was planning on writing a YELP review I was accused of threatening them.
