  • My boyfriend and I went here to get tattoos. We had a horrible picture we found online of a dragon, the picture was very pixelated, and you couldn't see any detail, but it was the design we wanted so we brought it anyway. Bobby our artist not only resized it to what we wanted, he took the crappy picture we brought and turned it into an awesome dragon! The shading is spectacular, so much more than what we expected. We both left super happy! If we ever get more we are definitely coming back to Tattoo Bills. The staff was very friendly and the prices very reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone! We went again another occasion for piercing. Chris Thigpen was awesome! He walked us through step by step from the process (which they are very clean!); to aftercare of our piercings. He was fast! There should be no other place you go but here!
