| - I wish I could give zero stars here. I went for a consultation which they charge $50 for, then deduct off the procedure, but they add it in anyway. I was there for 2 hours with only one other person in the waiting room. Even though I was extremely annoyed with the wait time, I scheduled the surgery anyway because I thought Dr. Smith was the best. He was very expensive, but again, I'm thinking he's the best, so I'll spend the money. I went in for my pre op, and was told I'm scheduled for my original surgery date, but they won't give me a time. Really?? Jessica tells me "we don't give you a time", when I asked why?, she said "because things change". I'm told it'll be in the afternoon, and you'll have a better time frame the weekend before. I've never heard of such a thing. I went through all the paperwork, and see he charges $50 for any visits after 3, because that's all you get for $7200! Wow! I'm still letting it go, until Jessica tells me " here's the paperwork you need for work, and if they don't accept it, which they probably won't, we'll fill out fmla papers for $50". Wow again! I said "oh, nickel and dime here", she says Dr. Smith is very busy, and that takes time out of his day". At this point she asked if I was unhappy, because she was more than happy to refund my money. I told her that I still want the surgery, but I've never heard of having an appointment without a time, and I can't drive myself, so how do I tell my ride when to take me? She tells me " I'm gonna talk to the doctor, because you didn't look happy from the moment I saw you". Oh really? When I came in and said good morning at 9:15am? Yes! When I left, I called and asked if they normally cancel surgeries, and I didn't like being threatened that I would be cancelled, and I was told " well if we don't think we can make you happy, then yes, we would cancel". I was told that I would get a call that afternoon to let me know if I can have my surgery that I already put $1000 down on. I was very uneasy, so I searched for a new doctor...I found an AMAZING one!! He saw me the same day, and was able to set up my surgery for 2 days after my original date with Dr. Smith, and $2200 cheaper. Sweet! I went through my paperwork again, since I was told I was getting copies of everything I signed. I got copies of less than half, but there was also paperwork in there I had never seen. Remember when I said $50 for any visit after 3?? The additional paperwork said $75 for any visit after 3, and both pages were in there for proof! Jessica called me in the "afternoon" (surgery scheduled in afternoon too) at 4:15pm to tell me they were cancelling my surgery, and refunding my money, but they could refer me to another doctor. I wouldn't take a referral to a restaurant from these people! It still amazes me that someone so money hungry would cancel such a high priced surgery, but I'm happy this cocky doctor did not do my breast augmentation. I paid a lot less, and My Doctor did a wonderful job. Well Jessica, I AM HAPPY NOW!
