  • Dr Norris is a nice person. He is not helpful on issues that are rare or difficult. I am sure he is nice to small children with plain asthma or peanut allergy. I was treated nicely to my face but brushed off completely and not helped by him or the Carolina asthma and allergy office. They are not in the business of helping patients if hey are not getting paid for it. The office manager Lori McCann called and was pretending to be sympathetic. She was obviously a fake person who does not care about patients. Only cares about her job. She literally just googled an "answer" while I was on the phone with her. Basically I have come to this place with my issues, they have ordered every expensive and painful test , found no helpful answers and were of no further assistance. Do not waste your time here or with Lori McCann or dr Norris.
