I would love to review this store positively, but they simply continue to fail their customers. I waited 15 minutes...I was the only person waiting....in the meat department. Both of the gentlemen behind the glass made eye contact and continued what they were doing...ignoring their customer. When one of them finally came forward, the seafood I had come into the store for was gone...said they would have more tomorrow. I had intended to spend around $80, but put all my groceries back and walked out of the store. I used to be a regular Bashas shopper...but this is not my first instance of terrible customer service. I'm done. I emailed the "corporate" entity, and received no response. Too bad, I believe in doing business locally...but not at the expense of treating customers well. I went down the street to Albertsons where I was treated as a valuable customer.
