I was in Friday for the second half of my mani-pedi (Booked on two days because they could not be scheduled on the same day). No one answers the phone which is annoying. I started calling to book two weeks before I finally spoke to someone. The day I was there there was no receptionist. Because specials were offered for the holidays, a man came in to buy two. Staff, who were with clients, had to interrupt service (mine included) to find the special. I had it on my phone as an e-mail but the staff did not know what it was. I shared my e-mail so they could help the man. Staff cannot be expected to play two roles at one time, especially at such a busy time of year. I had to wait 15 min. while all this commotion went on. Why can't there be a receptionist? If you are trying to build a business someone needs to be available to attend to these matters so clients don't have to be neglected. I am also surprised that there is no service menu available. Are prices a secret? Perhaps posting prices or having at least one copy (laminated?) would help customers have access to that information rather than taking the time to go online on their phones if they're able to locate it. And no teabags? How hard is it for the owner to pick up a box of teabags for the shop? There was none for the two days I was there. Don't think I can come back or refer others to this spa. Too many things that cause stress.
