  • The lady owner is very unprofessional. My taxes were done by Eddie and I have no complaints. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to them because of the owner. She had lame excuses as to why we could not use the restroom. Every time she called me over the phone, she never said who she was or where she was calling from. She would just start demanding things and speaking in a rude tone. I would think an owner would have better customer service skills.
