I wish I could give them negative stars as well!! Horrible customer service. Battery replacement took forever to arrive and now it's a sensor problem. This problem started before Thanksgiving and might be fixed today. Received a phone call that a tech "was in your area" and did we want them to come by today instead of Monday. The phone rep said sometime around 5pm. The tech "in the area" was in Henderson and we live in Summerlin. How is that "in the area"?!!! Tech just arrived at 6:35!!!!! Again, horrible customer service! If I can't trust you to handle a minor problem like this, why should I trust you with our home and our family's safety and well being?!
