Tons of options (some really great) and everything is fresh and simple. The service depends a bit on the day of the week, but even the menu tells you it'll be a bit of a wait. I dig an honest menu.
Hickory is a favourite, New Mexican and the Gringo. Calypso is popular, but I've never been with anyone who ended up disappointed regardless of their order. Sweet potato fries with curry mayo dip is the winner side dish, though.
It's definitely a burger bar; the drink selection is pretty much entirely Labatt, so it's basic. The party room you can rent upstairs is great for small groups, and the staff has always really friendly. The new renovations are a bit odd, but they always seem to be improving their menu and ingredients... They seem really into making it as good as it can be.
