  • Ino came out to a property I have listed and had great people skills and service skills. He was timely and professional. He spent about 30 min doing his leak detection work and had pinpointed the trouble area. At one point while he was doing his work, a plumber came in and laughed and said he knew what the problem was and leak detection was a waste of time...so I'm a little out of my element here, but I'm a good read on people and I trusted Ino. I could tell he has integrity. It helped that he didn't smell of booze like the plumber did! Ha! Anyway...not only did Ino locate the trouble spot, he repaired it. And he saved my client over a thousand dollars. I couldn't be more pleased with him or his work. Thank you so much!
