  • I've come to rate places not by price or selection, but instead, by service... and this place is terrible. My electrician had me order supplies. A $100 specialty dimmer, ordered, only lasted a few months. I came back to see if there was any warranty. They told me they had to send it back to the manufacturer to confirm problem. Then another gentlemen behind the counter told me the reason I had a problem was because I needed a different dimmer. I bought it for $65 and left. Well, that one didn't work. Went back and told them and they said they couldn't refund, don't give advice, and should have given me a receipt on first return. Only thing they could do was re-sell me the first item for another $100. No thanks. I'll spend my money with a company that stands behind their products and has policies that are in the best interest of their customers.
