  • Clean, however please be advised if you change your appointment that you may be downgraded to walk in status. I used to be a monthly customer for eyebrow threading and occasional mani/pedi. I work downtown, so the location was convenient. I used to be a regular client, until I called in the morning to mention I had a fever and I needed to change my appointment. They would not give me an appointment. I was downgraded to a walk-in customer status. So I have not been back, since there are other salon's out there that are cleaner and provide better service elsewhere.
