DO NOT USE UPS, OR AT LEAST THIS STORE, FOR PRINTING SERVICES! I uploaded a document online and went through the UPS website to provide the specifics for the document. 202 pages, double sided, bound with a clear front and black plastic back. The website said that the document would be ready in 24 hours and gave me the time it would be ready. It also sent me an email confirming the location where I was to pick up this document.
When I got to the store, the owner/manager didn't have a clue that I'd ordered the document. He called his folks back from lunch. My document had not been printed. I waited another 20 minutes or so for the document to be printed. Not good, but it gets worse.
I get the document. 202 pages, printed double sided is around 1 inch thick. They put a 2 1/2 inch plastic binder on it. The person told me it was the only one they had.
I left the store and then went back and returned the document. If I'm going to spend $20 for a document to be printed and bound, I think it should be done professionally and look right. The 2 1/2 inch plastic rings looked comical on the 101 page document.
Now I'm starting over.
This store may be good for other things. It is not good for printing.
