  • I call this morning as a new client. The girl who answered the phone acted as if I was an inconvenience to her she answered the phone "Alta vista!" With an attitude! I then told her I had a few questions "uh huh" she said then I said "I needed to bring my pup in for a broken canine tooth" she said "I don't have anything " and I said do you accept walk ins? She said "yep" I then said your open til 9 right? she said "nope til 10" This is literally how the conversation went! Sorry for bothering you to do your job. I would recommend whomever is training the front to maybe have the front great customers with respect. You lost my business and I didn't even make it in the front door! Bad for business.
