Crowfoot Tim Hortons is #1 for service and courtesy for sure. You can see the place is well managed. Service is generally quick and friendly. The food and drinks are consistently fresh and prepared properly. It's clean and the washrooms are always clean too. Way to go you guys. One suggestion: hire someone to power wash your sidewalks once a week. With all the comings and goings the inevitable spills create an unsightly mess. Traffic congestion and parking are also a problem but I don't know what to suggest. Maybe a 2nd or larger location a few blocks away?
Update 2014 February.
Until further notice, I can no longer recommend you travel to this particular Tim Hortons location. Mainly, it's just too frickin' busy. The staff are amazing but the grand plan of continually adding new food choices, new drinks and myriad variations of everything is just too much for a transient class of workers. No one knows the full menu and meal prep must be a nightmare for the staff. Worse, it is almost impossible for the staff to maintain cleanliness inside and out with this volume of coffee addicts. Not to worry, a new Tim Hortons will soon open in Tuscany, next to that grossly under-patronized Home Depot store on Nose Hill Drive NW. That ought to take some of the heat off the Crowfoot location.
Large double-double double-cup-to-go please.
