  • Yikes! Please stay away from this company if you can. We live in a very exclusive community and pay a lot of money and rent but our life is quite miserable due to this management company. Just to give you an example it took them three months to fix because a bathroom issue in our house in two weeks to fix the air conditioning unit so we had to live in a house with no air conditioning and 85° for two weeks in a row in Las Vegas Nevada when it was 110 outside. Attempted to add myself to the lease for quite some time because my husband and I got married and the community prevented me from accessing all the benefits I currently pay for because I didn't have a community ID. No answer from management. If you are renting an expensive property and this is the management company I suggest that you find rent somewhere else because it's going to make your life miserable and it's going to add expense. Stress and time waste to your life. I lived in way less expensive communities and their services and customer support was outstanding! Such a shame that the HOA association doesn't have stricter controls on who can actually manage the properties on site.
