  • I've been a Victoria's Secret fan for a while and have always had a good customer service experience but the one at this particular location was amazing!! I was helped by two fabulous ladies, Kiana & Paulina! Kiana offered me a bra fitting which I had never gotten before but she made it feel relaxed and easy, never was I uncomfortable after she saw me in my bra about 100 times to check the fit. She helped me find my right size in quite a few different bras and gave me tips on the fit of certain bras. She was never overbearing or anything like that, which I appreciate. She told me about a 2 for $48 sale on their Pink t-shirt bras too since she knew I liked comfortable everyday bras, so that really proved that she listened to what I liked and was super attentive. Overall, she was super sweet and friendly, as was my next attendant once Kiana had to break for lunch. Paulina was just as helpful and helped me wrap things up in the fitting room and filled in someone on the floor which bras and sizes to grab me from the sales floor. I even saw Paulina later while I was shopping for underwear and she informed me that even after you go past 5 pair of underwear for the "5 for $28" deal, each pair on the table is still only $5.60 a piece. I had not known this previously so that was good to know! The cashier was also super nice as well. I don't remember her name but she had blonde hair and was a bit older. She was very sweet as well and double checked at the end to make sure she got all of my discounts rung up. I even got a free pair of socks which was awesome!! I'll for sure come to this location only from now on!
