  • Time to find a new place - I went here for years and ALWAYS asked for Cheryl (5 Stars for Cheryl). Now, after years of going here, Cheryl no longer works there. Management refuses to provide information on where/which location she moved to and was very rude about it. Neither Brandy (the owner) nor the manager would provide the information. Shame on you Great Clips - this tells me that you do not value your long customers nor respect your former employees. I'd be glad to get information on where Cheryl moved to if anyone knows.
