  • I would suggest this complex to people if the front office wasn't so incompetent. They don't deal with the issues in a timely manner, and want you to complain a certain amount of times in a row before they will actually consider your complaint. We had a serious roach issue and was told we had to complain three times in a month. Are you serious? We used to enjoy this complex until alliance took over. The girls themselves are very sweet, but whatever you need will not get done, or dealt with properly. Nothing seems to be cohesive and everyone is on a different page. If you want something done I would contact above the front office if possible. Scottsdale has some beautiful complexes. Not planning on resigning the lease once it's up in December unless things seriously change.
